A 2015 review published in International Journal of Molecular Sciences reported on several studies that found moringa had anti-cancer effects on lab-cultivated cancer cells including pancreatic cancer cells, liver cancer cells, colon cancer cells and leukemia cells. In lab tests, leaf extracts slowed the growth of pancreatic cancer cells and helped chemotherapy work better. Other lab studies show that moringa leaves, bark, and roots all have anti-cancer effects that might lead to new drugs.In conclusion, the impact of Moringa extracts on different cancer cell lines was investigated showing that Moringa root core (Rc) effectively kills all types of cancer HepG2, MCF7, HCT 116, and Caco-2 cell lines, sparing normal cells with minimal effects.

    Like what you are doing educating our people about the value of our herbal plants in Jamaica. It is time for Jamaicans to realize the vastness of God in his creation of all these herbs for the Jamaican people. It is a shame we do not realize the worth of our land and we are allowing foreigners to come into our country and pillaging our natural resource and wealth. It is time for us to wake up and protect our natural resources and stop selling out our lands to foreigners who have ulterior motives. Most Jamaicans do not know that “The Mayo Clinic” the world’s famous clinic sends a team of researchers to our country each year to study our herbs to use for medicinal purposes. sooner or later we will not have access to our own resources of the land if we don’t wake up and see what is happening right in front of our eyes. We will have no access to our resources like the Africans who are aped of their natural resources of precious substance such as gold, and diamond. Isn’t it ironic that Africa a country laden with diamonds and gold are one of the most if not the most impoverished countries in the world; yet, they are rich with natural resources which are being robed form them as they are led to commit genocide on each other so that others countries can gain access to their natural wealth. I summons you to keep your eyes open and watch and see what happens regarding our herbs in the near future. Soon we will not have access to our own resources. It’s bad enough we can’t get modern healthcare. It is not readily available to us. and it’s a shame that the Jamaican people don’t know that they do not need it so much if they take advantage of the natural resources that God has blessed us with before it’s too late. Please make them aware. I live in American and I see this happening right now. They are preventing Jamaicans from bring the Moringa herbs here and sooner or later we will not be able to bring back anything of medicinal value because they pharmaceutical companies will be out of business.
